LADYBIRD GIRL LADYBIRD BOY (2009)


The film is a shelf life retrospective which invites the audience to lose themselves in the empty aisles, immerse themselves in the marks and scars of a 75 year old family institution, Woolworths. Featured on the BBC1 IMAGINE programme Art in Troubled Times.





FUTURE FRUITS (2008)


Commissioned by Oasis Nursery to celebrate 30 years of an outstanding school, before it was demolished as part of the Canning Town regeneration programme. The film looks at the impact of this loss and the price of progress on the local community and families.





THE CLAYS LANE DIARIES (2008)


Funded by the DfES and backed by the Travellers Education Trust. An animation / film project with the Travellers community in E15 to celebrate their culture and 30 years of being on the site, before they were forced to leave by the Olympic development.

THE WEDDING STORY (2007)


Commissioned by Nottingham Playhouse, a co-production with Jane Linz Roberts to produce animated films for projection in the children’s theatre production "The Wedding Story".





WATTS THE POINT


The East London tower block "Watts Point" is being demolished... A modern home with a view to some, a magnet for violence and trouble to others, is reduced to a mountain of rubble. A community responds to the regeneration happening around them, as Elvis sings on.
